Flooring in Hale – Amtico, Karndean, Invictus & Engineered Wood
If you live in Hale or Hale Barns, our showroom is barely a mile away. Grosvenor Flooring is based on Stamford New Road in Altrincham, so Hale homeowners can walk round every floor we sell and then have it supplied and fitted by the same team.
Amtico and Karndean have both made us a Retail Partner. Alongside them you will find Invictus, Project Floors, our own GF range and a dedicated room of engineered wood. Home visits in WA15 are carried out by Blake Williams, our Operations Director.

Your Local Flooring Showroom, a Minute from Hale
Most Hale customers start by calling in to look around, often more than once. When you have a shortlist, Blake comes to the house to measure, check the subfloor and see the rooms in their own light. A qualified accountant who trained at Baker Tilly, he then writes a quote that shows every cost on its own line.
On fitting day the work is done by a regular team of fitters we know and trust. We are as happy to do a cloakroom as a whole house. Read how our supply and fit service runs.
Flooring for Hale and Hale Barns Homes
Amtico in Hale
Every current Amtico collection is in the showroom: Signature, Spacia, Form, First, Click Smart and Access. Hale Barns kitchens often go for Signature stone in a large tile, while village halls suit a Signature wood herringbone edged with feature strips.
Read where to buy Amtico in Altrincham for what you will see in store. Our Amtico floor fitter page covers the fitting side.
Karndean in Hale
We sell six Karndean ranges: Art Select, Van Gogh, Van Gogh Rigid Core, Knight Tile, Knight Tile Rigid Core and Palio Essenza. Because we are Retail Partner for Karndean and Amtico alike, you can compare them side by side in one visit.
The Amtico vs Karndean guide sets out the differences. See also where to buy Karndean in Altrincham and the Karndean floor fitter page.
Invictus, Project Floors & GF
Invictus is a Belgian-engineered LVT with four ranges and keen pricing, explained on our Invictus floor fitter page. Project Floors is a heavy-duty choice for boot rooms and utility spaces.
Our GF range matches the big brands design for design for less. We also fit Textures and Elements, wood-effect ranges in plank and herringbone. Free samples are available on GF, Textures and Elements. The LVT floor fitter page has the details.
Engineered Wood for Hale – V4, Woodpecker and GF
Hale’s period homes are made for real oak. Our Wood Room shows our own GF engineered wood next to the other brands we sell, in plank, herringbone, chevron and Versailles.
V4 and Woodpecker are both popular choices locally. Our guides to buying V4 in Altrincham and buying Woodpecker in Altrincham explain how to compare them with GF. The engineered wood floor fitter page covers fitting.
