Grosvenor Flooring are a Karndean Retail Partner, we recently supplied and fitted Karndean Art Select Parquet with a 5mm design strip to a customer in Chester. The property was a 3 bedroom semi in the trendy Hoole area, we fitted the Karndean in the newly extended Kitchen.
Day 1 – The subfloor was given a DPM as it was a new extension and the read on the moisture meter was borderline. The Karndean was left to acclimatize.
Day 2 – The floor was screed with Ardex NA.
Day 3 – The floor was fitted.
