LVT parquet wins in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and on top of underfloor heating where moisture and movement are factors. Engineered wood parquet wins in formal lounges, dining rooms and bedrooms where the project budget will stretch to a real-oak surface that can be sanded and re-finished decades later. Underfloor Heating

Installation Notes
Parquet patterns are more demanding to install than a straight plank – they need to be set out from the centre line of the room, perimeter cuts have to be planned and a mistake mid-floor is harder to recover from.
