3. Professional Installation by Our Regular Fitting Team
On the agreed date our installers arrive with everything needed to complete the job. They are experienced across every format, from glue-down and click LVT to herringbone, parquet and engineered wood herringbone.
4. Final Check & Aftercare

LVT SUPPLY & FIT PRICING GUIDE
We publish real 2026 supply & fit prices for the LVT brands we install, organised into Good, Better and Best tiers based on wear layer and construction. Entry-level fitted LVT starts at around £54/m² (Moduleo Roots), mid-range Amtico Spacia and Karndean Van Gogh sit around £83–£85/m² and premium Amtico Signature reaches £140/m² for plank and tile and up to £173/m² for basketweave patterns.

We supply and fit as one complete service, so the product and the installation come from one team at one all-inclusive price. That way we stand behind the whole floor rather than fitting flooring bought elsewhere.
Is the home survey really free?
Yes. A home visit to measure up and advise is part of our standard supply and fit service, free and with no obligation. We will bring samples and talk you through the options in your own home.
How much does supply and fit cost?
It depends on the floor, the laying pattern, the subfloor and the size of the rooms, so an accurate figure needs a survey. Our LVT supply and fit pricing guide publishes real fitted prices by tier so you have a realistic guide before we measure.
Which areas do you cover?
