Sale is practically on our doorstep. Our Altrincham showroom is under ten minutes down the A56, so homeowners across the M33 postcode can see every floor in person and have it supplied and fitted by the same company.
Grosvenor Flooring is an Amtico Retail Partner and a Karndean Retail Partner. We also sell Invictus, Project Floors, our own GF range and a large choice of engineered wood. Your free home visit is carried out by Blake Williams, our Operations Director.

Supplied and Fitted in Sale
Because we are so close, many Sale customers pop into the showroom first and then book Blake to measure up. Others do it the other way round. Either way, Blake looks at each room, checks the subfloor and gives you a fixed, itemised price. He trained as an accountant at Baker Tilly, which is why his quotes are so easy to follow.
The fitting is done by a regular team of fitters we know and trust. There is no minimum job. Our supply and fit service page sets out what happens at each step.

As an Amtico Retail Partner we offer every current collection: Signature, Spacia, Form, First, Click Smart and Access. A Signature herringbone with a contrasting border is a favourite in Brooklands hallways. Our fitters handle feature stripping routinely.

All six Karndean ranges we sell are on display: Art Select, Van Gogh, Van Gogh Rigid Core, Knight Tile, Knight Tile Rigid Core and Palio Essenza. For a Sale Moor family kitchen, Knight Tile or Van Gogh often hits the right balance of price and durability.

Can you fit herringbone in a Brooklands hallway?
Yes. Herringbone in Amtico, Karndean, GF or engineered oak is one of our most popular requests in Sale’s period houses.
Can I have LVT in a Sale apartment?
Usually, yes. Check your lease for sound rules and Blake will specify an acoustic underlay if one is needed.
Are you a Karndean and Amtico Retail Partner?
Yes, for both brands. That means you can compare them honestly in one place.
Who carries out the home visit?
Blake Williams, our Operations Director, visits every home himself before quoting.
Will my flooring work with underfloor heating?
Most LVT and engineered wood will, within the manufacturer’s limits. Blake checks your system on his visit.
Can I get free samples?
Yes, on GF, Textures and Elements. Amtico, Karndean, Invictus and Project Floors can be seen in the showroom.
Do you offer supply only?
Yes. Supply and fit is our main service, but we can supply on its own if you have your own fitter.
