GOOD — ENTRY-LEVEL LVT (GLUE-DOWN)
Our “Good” tier covers entry-level glue-down LVT with a 2mm thickness and 0.3mm wear layer (0.4mm on Moduleo Roots). These ranges deliver the classic LVT look and feel at the most accessible price point, and are well suited to bedrooms, lounges, dining rooms and lower-traffic areas. All are bonded directly to the prepared subfloor for a flat, seamless finish.

CLICK INSTALLATION (RIGID-CORE LVT)
Click-format rigid-core LVT installs as a floating floor over most existing subfloors, without the latex smoothing compound preparation required for glue-down. Because installation is simpler, click LVT is well suited to DIY fitting or faster professional installation. The supply & fit prices above are based on a standard installation specification. For most domestic projects in Altrincham, Cheshire and South Manchester, this is exactly what you need. Every supply & fit price includes:

- All adhesives, primers and accessories required for the installation
- Subfloor preparation using a 3mm latex smoothing compound
- Professional installation by our own experienced fitters
- Standard threshold strips and trims where required
- A post-installation check to make sure the finish meets our standards and yours
Where a project requires more extensive subfloor levelling, removal of an existing floor covering, door undercutting, skirting board work, or specialist trims, these are quoted separately after a home survey. Every project is different — we’d rather price it accurately than load a hidden premium into the per-square-metre figure.
How to Read the Tables
Pattern describes the laying style. Plank/Tile is the standard format. Parquet/Herringbone is the angled, interlocking pattern that takes longer to fit and uses more material at edges. Basketweave is the most intricate pattern, exclusive to premium ranges.
Thickness is the total board depth. Thicker boards feel more substantial underfoot and tolerate small subfloor imperfections better. Click formats are thicker because they include the locking mechanism in the construction.
Wear layer is the clear protective layer above the design film. It is the single biggest determinant of how long the floor will last. 0.3mm suits bedrooms and lower-traffic areas. 0.55mm is the kitchen/hallway standard. 0.7mm and 1.0mm are commercial-grade for the highest-traffic homes.

How much does Amtico cost fitted per square metre in 2026?
Fitted Amtico prices range from £57/m² for Amtico First (entry-level plank/tile) to £173/m² for Amtico Signature basketweave. Spacia plank/tile is £85/m² fitted; Form plank/tile is £120/m² fitted. All prices include 3mm latex subfloor preparation and professional installation by our own fitters.
What is the cheapest LVT brand you supply and fit?
Moduleo Roots at £54/m² fitted is the cheapest LVT in our supply & fit range. It offers a 2.35mm thickness and 0.4mm wear layer — slightly thicker than the entry-level offerings from Amtico, Karndean and Invictus.
Why is herringbone more expensive than plank/tile?
Herringbone and parquet patterns take longer to fit because each piece is laid at an angle, more material is lost to edge cuts, and the alignment tolerances are tighter. That is why fitted herringbone prices typically sit £15–£40/m² above the equivalent plank/tile format in the same range.
Are click LVT prices cheaper than glue-down?
Not always. Click rigid-core LVT is more expensive to manufacture (because of the locking core), so the product itself often costs more than the equivalent glue-down range. However, click LVT requires less installation labour and no smoothing compound, which usually makes the all-in cost lower than a comparable glue-down installation.
What is the difference between RRP and supply & fit prices?
RRP is the manufacturer’s recommended retail price for the flooring alone, supplied to your door. Supply & fit is our installed price including the flooring, professional installation, subfloor preparation, all adhesives and trims, and a post-installation check. The two are not directly comparable — supply & fit always costs more than supply only because of the labour and materials involved in installation.
Do you offer trade pricing on LVT?
Yes — landlords, developers, builders, designers and maintenance buyers can apply for our Grosvenor+ account for preferential pricing. Approval is subject to application criteria.
