At Grosvenor Flooring, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery service to ensure your flooring products arrive safely, securely, and on time. Whether you’re ordering Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), laminate, wood, safety flooring or carpet tiles we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our delivery process below.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery time: Typically 2–5 working days.
  • Availability: Most flooring ranges, including LVT, laminate, and wood flooring.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on postcode and order size, free delivery is available on selected products.

Click & Collect

Cost: Free of charge to collect from our warehouse located at CW7 2RB.

We deliver across the UK mainland.

Delivery Times & Booking

Once your order is processed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery times.
  • All orders are pallet deliveries and will be scheduled with our courier partners.
  • You may be contacted to book a suitable delivery day (Monday–Friday).

Important Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers are not responsible for bringing items into the property.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods on the scheduled day.
  • Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.

Before Ordering

Please check:

  • Access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, stairs, or flats).
  • That someone will be available to accept the delivery.
  • Your flooring is ordered well in advance of any installation dates.
