One Flor is an international LVT supplier headquartered in Kortrijk, Belgium, designing and distributing luxury vinyl flooring across Europe and the UK from a central Belgian logistics operation. The brand’s focus is clear and fairly narrow by LVT-industry standards — refined, nature-inspired design palettes drawn from wood, stone and concrete references, built on honest technical construction with no phthalates, very low VOC emissions and a fully recyclable product at end of life. The whole range is fully waterproof, anti-slip, and finished with One Flor’s PUR Ecoprotec™ surface treatment for everyday resistance to scuffs, scratches, stains and household cleaning products.

One Flor’s catalogue is structured around two collections that sit at different points on the durability spectrum, rather than the multi-tier brand architecture common to larger UK LVT names. The residential Home 30 collection covers whole-house residential projects with a 0.30mm wear layer and 38 exclusive designs. The heavier-duty Workshop 55 collection steps up to a 0.55mm wear layer and 42 embossed-in-register decors for high-traffic residential and light commercial environments. Both collections are offered in glue-down (dryback) and rigid-core click formats, in standard and extra-wide plank sizes, with plank, tile, herringbone and (in Workshop 55) chevron installation patterns drawn from a shared design language.

Because the brand chose to keep UK distribution tightly controlled, One Flor is almost entirely absent from the price comparison sites that dominate Amtico, Karndean and Quick-Step searches. The One Flor Range: An Overview

One Flor is organised around two collections at Grosvenor Flooring, each built around a specific wear-layer specification and each available across a full spread of formats and design references.

One Flor Home 30 is the residential collection, built around a 0.30mm wear layer — the standard specification for residential LVT in the UK — and a 38-design palette drawn from refined natural and aged oak planks, terrazzo and concrete tiles, and a selection of herringbone formats for more decorative installations. Home 30 is the right starting point for whole-house residential projects, including kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, lounges and bedrooms.

One Flor Workshop 55 is the heavier-duty collection, built around a 0.55mm wear layer (roughly 80% thicker than Home 30) and 42 embossed-in-register decors designed to take more demanding day-to-day wear. Workshop 55 is the right specification for busy family homes, holiday lets, home offices, small retail units and light hospitality interiors, and it adds chevron installation patterns that Home 30 does not offer. The two collections share a consistent European design language, so if you shortlist a look in Home 30 and realise the room needs a heavier spec, the closest equivalent design is usually available in Workshop 55.

Both collections are offered in glue-down (dryback) and rigid-core click formats, in standard and extra-wide plank sizes, so the same design library can be specified whichever installation method suits your subfloor and project.

One Flor Flooring and Underfloor Heating

Both Home 30 and Workshop 55 are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating systems, subject to a 27°C maximum surface temperature and standard One Flor installation guidelines. The glue-down (dryback) formats transfer heat particularly well because the floor is bonded directly to the subfloor; the rigid-core click formats are also UFH-compatible but require a suitable underlay that is rated for underfloor heating. As with all LVT, surface temperature must be brought up gradually during commissioning, and any fixed furniture or insulating rugs should be accounted for to avoid localised heat build-up. Always follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions in full to preserve performance.
