Amtico Form is 2.5mm thick with a 0.7mm wear layer, thicker than Spacia's 0.55mm, which gives greater resistance to impact and heavy daily use in busy homes and light commercial settings.

Amtico Form is water resistant, which makes it a strong choice for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and entrance ways. When installed correctly with proper subfloor preparation it protects the subfloor from everyday spills and moisture.

Amtico Form sits between Spacia and Signature. Spacia has a 0.55mm wear layer and a 25-year warranty; Form steps up to a 0.7mm wear layer and a 30-year warranty with more textured finishes; and Signature is the top tier with a 1.0mm wear layer, bespoke design options and a lifetime warranty.

Yes. Amtico Form has an antimicrobial additive built into the body of the product and the Quantum Guard Elite surface, tested to reduce bacteria such as MRSA and E. coli by 99.9% over 24 hours, which supports a more hygienic floor in kitchens, bathrooms and family spaces.

Sweep or vacuum regularly, then clean with Amtico Floorcare Maintainer diluted in water and a microfibre mop. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and steam cleaners, which can damage the floor and potentially void the warranty.

Yes. Amtico Form works with both wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to a maximum surface temperature of 27C. Always follow Amtico's installation guidance for underfloor heating to keep the warranty valid.
