What is the difference between the Invictus ranges?
Invictus offers four ranges at Grosvenor Flooring. Primus is the value glue-down floor (2.0mm, 0.30mm wear layer). Maximus steps up to 2.5mm with a 0.55mm wear layer for busy homes. Ultimus is the flagship glue-down at 0.70mm with a lifetime residential warranty. Maximus Click is the rigid-core click version of Maximus for renovations and fit-overs.
Is Invictus flooring waterproof?
Yes. Every Invictus range - Primus, Maximus, Ultimus and Maximus Click - is fully waterproof, so it can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways as well as living spaces.
What warranty does Invictus flooring come with?
Warranties step up with the range. Primus carries a 20-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty. Maximus and Maximus Click carry 25-year residential and 15-year commercial. Ultimus carries a lifetime residential warranty with 20 years commercial. All are finished with the Scratchmaster surface for scratch resistance.
Does Invictus come in herringbone or parquet?
Yes. Maximus and Ultimus both come in parquet and herringbone, Ultimus also adds a chevron format and Maximus Click offers a click herringbone. So you can specify a decorative layout in glue-down or click.
Can Invictus be used with underfloor heating?
Yes. All four Invictus ranges are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating up to a maximum surface temperature of 27C. Always follow the installation guidance to preserve performance.
How much does Invictus flooring cost?
Invictus is sold on a Request a Price basis at Grosvenor Flooring, so the price depends on the range and your project size. Send us the range you are considering and a rough measurement and we will come back with a tailored quote, usually the same working day. Primus is the value entry point and Ultimus the premium tier.
Is Invictus good quality?
Yes. Invictus is Belgian-engineered around strong dimensional stability, a Scratchmaster wear surface and Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certification. It is phthalate-free and 100% recyclable. The specification and warranties are comparable to the better-known UK premium brands at a sharper price.
