One Flor Home 30

One Flor Home 30 is the residential collection in the One Flor range — built around a 0.30mm wear layer, 38 exclusive natural designs drawn from wood, stone and concrete references, and a choice of installation formats covering both glue-down and rigid-core click. The 0.30mm wear layer is the standard residential specification for LVT in the UK, and it sits behind One Flor’s PUR Ecoprotec™ surface treatment for everyday resistance to scuffs, scratches, stains and household cleaning products.

At Grosvenor Flooring we stock the full Home 30 collection and are the single UK retailer permitted to advertise and sell One Flor online. Home 30 is sold on a Request a Price basis — send us your measurements, shortlisted designs and any quotes already received via our enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone, and we will come back the same working day with a tailored, competitive price. You can also order up to five free samples through our sample service to see the finish in your own light before you commit.

About One Flor Home 30

Home 30 is One Flor’s core residential collection, specified around a 0.30mm wear layer — the same residential specification you will find across premium LVT lines from Amtico, Karndean and most other European and British brands. That wear-layer thickness is rated for normal household traffic in any room of a typical UK home, from bedrooms and lounges through to hallways, kitchens and bathrooms. The surface itself is protected by One Flor’s PUR Ecoprotec™ finish, which builds resistance to scuffing, scratching and everyday staining into the product at manufacture and removes the need for post-installation polishing, waxing or sealing.

Home 30 is fully waterproof, anti-slip, low-VOC and phthalate-free across the entire collection, and the planks and tiles are 100% recyclable at end of life. Because the construction is fully waterproof rather than splash-resistant, Home 30 is specified comfortably in bathrooms, utility rooms and wet kitchens — environments where a wood or wood-composite floor would usually be inappropriate. The anti-slip rating helps in the same rooms, particularly for households with older family members, young children or pets.

The Home 30 Design Library

Home 30’s 38 designs are drawn deliberately from natural materials. The largest part of the collection is refined oak planks — honey, amber, natural and aged tones that sit comfortably against cream, sage, navy and greige interiors. Alongside the oak plank designs sit terrazzo and concrete tiles for more contemporary kitchen and bathroom schemes, and a selection of herringbone options for customers who want a more decorative installation without stepping into the cost bracket of real herringbone wood. The same designs are available across multiple formats — so you can choose the look first and the format second.

Home 30 Format Options

Home 30 is offered in two installation systems and two plank sizes, giving four practical configurations for different subfloors and project types.

Glue-down (dryback) is a thinner, permanently bonded installation in which each plank or tile is glued directly to a prepared subfloor. This is the traditional LVT installation method, and it produces the most stable, quietest floor because there is no void underneath the product. Glue-down is the right specification where the subfloor is flat and sound, where there are no plans to lift the floor in future, and particularly where the finished floor height needs to be kept as low as possible (for example, where kitchen appliances or under-door clearances are tight).

Rigid-core click is a thicker, floating installation in which the planks or tiles click together over a suitable underlay. Click is the right specification where the subfloor has minor imperfections, where the installation needs to be reversible, or where you are laying over an existing floor (such as an old tile floor or well-sealed concrete) and want to avoid the disruption of full removal and levelling.

Standard and extra-wide (XL) plank sizes are available across both installation systems. Standard planks suit most UK rooms well; XL planks are suited to larger rooms, open-plan spaces and anywhere you want a more contemporary, expansive look with fewer visible joints.

Where Home 30 Fits in the One Flor Range

Home 30 is the residential specification across the One Flor catalogue. Workshop 55 sits alongside it as the heavier-duty alternative, built around a thicker 0.55mm wear layer for high-traffic residential and light commercial environments. If you are specifying a normal family home, Home 30 is the right starting point. If you are specifying a busy holiday let, home office or small commercial space, look at Workshop 55 instead. The two collections share a consistent European design language, so if you shortlist a design in Home 30 and realise the room needs a heavier spec, the closest equivalent is usually available in Workshop 55.

Why Buy One Flor Home 30 Through an Authorised Retailer?

One Flor’s UK distribution is tightly controlled. Grosvenor Flooring is the single authorised online retailer, and the roughly 350 physical retailers across the UK who stock One Flor are authorised to sell from their showrooms only. Buying Home 30 through an authorised retailer — whether in person or online through us — is how you ensure you are receiving genuine One Flor product, supplied through the official UK channel, with the correct product codes, batch consistency and installation support behind it. Grey-market or unauthorised online listings will not carry the same assurance. For customers in Altrincham, Manchester and Cheshire, Grosvenor Flooring also offers supply and fit through our experienced LVT installation teams, who are used to both glue-down and rigid-core click systems.

One Flor Home 30 and Underfloor Heating

Home 30 is compatible with both wet and electric underfloor heating systems, subject to a 27°C maximum surface temperature. The glue-down (dryback) formats transfer heat particularly efficiently because the floor is bonded directly to the subfloor and there is no air gap for heat to cross; the rigid-core click formats are also UFH-compatible but require a suitable underlay rated for underfloor heating. Bring surface temperature up gradually during commissioning, and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions in full to preserve performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is One Flor Home 30 suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes. Home 30's construction is fully waterproof, which means it is specified comfortably in bathrooms, shower rooms, utility rooms and wet kitchens. The anti-slip surface rating is particularly helpful in these rooms for households with older family members, young children or pets, and the PUR Ecoprotec™ surface finish handles everyday splashes and cleaning products without staining.

Should I choose glue-down or rigid-core click installation for Home 30?

Glue-down (dryback) is the thinner, permanently bonded option and produces the most stable, quietest floor — the right choice where the subfloor is flat and sound and where floor height needs to stay low (for example, under kitchen appliances or tight under-door clearances). Rigid-core click is the thicker, floating option that suits renovations, installations over an existing floor you want to avoid lifting, or projects where the floor may need to come up again in future. Both options are available across the Home 30 design library.

Is Home 30 compatible with underfloor heating?

Yes. Both the glue-down and rigid-core click formats of Home 30 are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to a 27°C maximum surface temperature. The glue-down formats transfer heat particularly efficiently because the plank or tile is bonded directly to the subfloor with no air gap to cross. Bring surface temperature up gradually during commissioning and always follow One Flor's installation instructions in full to preserve performance.

Can I see Home 30 in a showroom before I buy?

Yes. One Flor is displayed at full scale in our Altrincham showroom, which is open 24/7 under our smart-lock access system so you can visit outside normal working hours. You can also order up to five free Home 30 samples through our sample service if you would like to see the designs in your own light before visiting, or if you would rather not travel.
