Yes. Home 30's construction is fully waterproof, which means it is specified comfortably in bathrooms, shower rooms, utility rooms and wet kitchens. The anti-slip surface rating is particularly helpful in these rooms for households with older family members, young children or pets, and the PUR Ecoprotec™ surface finish handles everyday splashes and cleaning products without staining.

Glue-down (dryback) is the thinner, permanently bonded option and produces the most stable, quietest floor — the right choice where the subfloor is flat and sound and where floor height needs to stay low (for example, under kitchen appliances or tight under-door clearances). Rigid-core click is the thicker, floating option that suits renovations, installations over an existing floor you want to avoid lifting, or projects where the floor may need to come up again in future. Both options are available across the Home 30 design library.

Yes. Both the glue-down and rigid-core click formats of Home 30 are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to a 27°C maximum surface temperature. The glue-down formats transfer heat particularly efficiently because the plank or tile is bonded directly to the subfloor with no air gap to cross. Bring surface temperature up gradually during commissioning and always follow One Flor's installation instructions in full to preserve performance.

Yes. One Flor is displayed at full scale in our Altrincham showroom, which is open 24/7 under our smart-lock access system so you can visit outside normal working hours. You can also order up to five free Home 30 samples through our sample service if you would like to see the designs in your own light before visiting, or if you would rather not travel.
