Frequently Asked Questions
Is Polyflor Camaro waterproof?
Yes. Polyflor Camaro is 100% waterproof thanks to its PUR surface, making it a great choice for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and entranceways. Unlike wood or laminate it will not swell or warp when exposed to water.
What size is Naked Blond Oak and how much does a pack cover?
Each parquet floor measures 76mm x 457mm and every pack covers 3.37m2. To estimate how many packs you need, divide your room area in square metres by 3.37, then add around 10% for cutting and waste.
How is Polyflor Camaro installed?
It is a glue-down (dryback) floor, so it is bonded to the subfloor with Polyflor's recommended adhesive for a fully bonded and dimensionally stable finish. We recommend professional installation over a clean, level and fully prepared subfloor.
Can Polyflor Camaro be used with underfloor heating?
Yes. It is compatible with both wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to Polyflor's maximum surface temperature of 27C. Always follow Polyflor's installation guidance for underfloor heating.
Is Camaro available as a click floor?
Yes. Camaro is the 2mm glue-down version, bonded to the subfloor. For a click floor, Camaro Rigid Core is a 5.5mm SPC version with a Valinge 5G locking system and an integral acoustic underlay, so it floats over most existing floors and suits upstairs rooms and retrofits.
What warranty does Polyflor Camaro have?
Camaro comes with a 10-year residential warranty when installed and maintained in line with Polyflor's guidance. Its PUR-treated 0.3mm wear layer is hard-wearing and easy to clean in busy homes.
