To produce the uniquely tactile surface of V4 Deco Plank Brushed Matt Oak A111, a series of steel brushes are applied to remove the soft grain from the top layer the rustic hardwood surface whilst sympathetically following the natural contours of the wide section of oak. The wear layer is then spray coated with coats of durable natural matt lacquer. The resulting plank is both wonderfully tactile and ultimately hardwearing, the rich, textured surface deflecting everyday wear and scratches. Also available in a matching herringbone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my heavy furniture be okay on this V4 wood floor?
Yes, this engineered wood is durable and designed to withstand standard household furniture. For very heavy items, we recommend using furniture pads to distribute the weight evenly and protect your beautiful new floor.
What's the best way to move heavy things across this floor?
To prevent scratches or dents, always lift heavy items rather than dragging them. If lifting isn't possible, use furniture sliders or place a protective mat underneath before moving to keep your floor looking its best.
Will I need to adjust my doors after this flooring is installed?
Engineered wood flooring typically adds a small amount of height, so it's possible you might need to trim your doors slightly. We always recommend checking your door clearance before installation to ensure a smooth finish and proper door function. It's usually a straightforward adjustment for a carpenter.
