It is built as an engineered board at 14mm total thickness with a 3.0mm solid oak top layer, which lets it be sanded and refinished in future and gives it far more dimensional stability than solid wood. The 207 x 2200mm boards cover 3.18 square metres per pack and can be floated over an underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor.
