Amtico's glue-down ranges (First, Spacia, Form and Signature) are water resistant, so they cope with spills and splashes and suit kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms when professionally installed. Amtico Click Smart has a rigid SPC core and is 100% waterproof.
What warranty comes with Amtico flooring?
Amtico warranties vary by collection: First is 15 years, Spacia is 25 years, Form is 30 years and Signature carries a lifetime warranty (transferable to new owners up to 35 years from installation). Click Smart is 20 years and Access carries a commercial warranty. Warranties apply when the floor is installed by an Amtico Approved Retail Partner such as Grosvenor Flooring.

Amtico is sold on a Request a Price basis at Grosvenor Flooring. First is the most accessible range with Spacia, Form and the premium Signature stepping up in wear layer and warranty. Which Amtico range is best?
It depends on the room and budget. First (0.3mm) suits bedrooms and lower-traffic rooms, Spacia (0.55mm) is the most popular all-rounder, Form (0.7mm) adds antimicrobial protection for busy homes and light commercial and Signature (1.0mm) is the premium tier with bespoke layout options. Click Smart is the waterproof click range for renovations and Access is the commercial loose-lay collection.
Where is Amtico flooring made?
Amtico is designed and manufactured in Coventry in the UK, where it has been producing luxury vinyl flooring since the 1960s. That in-house UK manufacturing is part of why Amtico sits at the premium end of the LVT market.
Can Amtico flooring be used with underfloor heating?
Yes. Amtico's glue-down ranges and Click Smart are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to a maximum surface temperature of 27C. Always follow Amtico's installation guidance to keep the warranty valid.
How do I clean and maintain Amtico flooring?
Amtico is easy to maintain. Sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt, then clean with a damp mop and Amtico International Floorcare Maintainer diluted in water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, steam mops and excessive water, which can damage the floor or the adhesive.
