GF Glue-Down LVT is Grosvenor Flooring's own dryback luxury vinyl range, made to our specification and bonded directly to the subfloor for the most stable and seamless finish. It comes in two tiers, a 2.5mm floor with a 0.55mm wear layer and a 3.0mm floor with a commercial-grade 0.7mm wear layer, across five formats.

Both tiers are fully waterproof and both work with underfloor heating, so the choice is about durability. The 0.55mm tier is a strong residential specification for bedrooms, lounges and dining rooms. The 0.7mm tier is commercial-grade and is the one to choose for hallways, kitchens, utility rooms and other busy or light-commercial spaces.

Five: straight-laid plank and herringbone parquet in both tiers, basketweave parquet and stone-effect tile in the 0.55mm tier and chevron parquet in the 0.7mm tier.

Yes. Every GF Glue-Down LVT floor is fully waterproof, so it can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways as well as living spaces, provided the subfloor is sound, level and dry.

Glue-down is bonded to the subfloor with adhesive, which gives the most stable, quiet and seamless finish and suits large open areas, herringbone and heavy use. GF Glue-Down LVT is backed by a lifetime warranty, supported when the floor is installed to our guidelines. It is also fully waterproof and scratch resistant.

Yes. It is compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating systems when installed to the manufacturer's guidelines. Because it is bonded flat to the subfloor with no air gap, heat transfers up through it efficiently. Keep the floor surface temperature within the recommended limit of 27C.
