GF LVT is Grosvenor Flooring's own luxury vinyl range, made to our specification by established European manufacturers and sold under our own label. On the boards we put under the GF name the wear layer, core construction and surface design stand alongside premium brands costing more. It is one of our best-value ranges because you are not paying a brand premium.

Against the premium brands, yes. GF LVT is specified to a comparable standard but priced lower because you are not paying for a national brand name and distributor network. We would not claim to be the cheapest LVT online, but against the premium showroom brands the saving is real and it is mostly brand premium rather than quality.

GF SPC is a rigid-core click floor (5mm or 6.5mm, 0.5mm wear layer, built-in underlay, 25-year guarantee) that floats over most existing hard floors and suits renovations and quick installs. GF Glue-Down is a dryback floor (2.5mm or 3.0mm, 0.55mm or 0.7mm wear layer, lifetime warranty) that is bonded to the subfloor for the most stable and seamless finish, in plank, herringbone, basketweave, chevron and stone-tile formats.

Yes. Both GF SPC and GF Glue-Down are fully waterproof, so they can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways as well as living spaces, provided the subfloor is properly prepared.

GF SPC carries a 25-year guarantee and GF Glue-Down carries a lifetime warranty. Both are supported when the floor is installed to our guidelines.

Yes. Both ranges are compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating systems when installed to the manufacturer's guidelines. Keep the floor surface temperature within the recommended limit of 27C.
