Description
Karndean Knight Tile Rose Washed Oak is a rose washed oak wood-effect glue-down luxury vinyl plank. Part of the Knight Tile glue-down range, it has a 2mm core with a 0.3mm wear layer and a K-Guard+ protective surface.
As a glue-down floor it gives a fully bonded, dimensionally stable finish and should be fitted by a professional over a clean, level and fully prepared subfloor using Karndean’s recommended adhesive. If you would prefer a floating click-fit floor, Rose Washed Oak is also available in Knight Tile Rigid Core.
It is 100% waterproof, so it can be fitted in any room including kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. It is compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating up to a maximum surface temperature of 27C.
With a 0.3mm wear layer it is rated for normal home use and light commercial use. Rose Washed Oak is also available as a herringbone. For a thicker wear layer or a statement floor, step up to Van Gogh or Art Select.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Karndean Knight Tile Rose Washed Oak waterproof?
Yes. Knight Tile is 100% waterproof thanks to its K-Guard+ surface and construction, so it can be fitted in any room including kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Spills and everyday moisture will not damage the floor.
What size is each plank and how much does a pack cover?
Each plank measures 152mm x 915mm and every pack covers 3.345m2. To estimate how many packs you need, divide your room area in square metres by 3.345, then add around 10% for cutting and waste.
How is Knight Tile installed?
It is a glue-down floor, so it is bonded to the subfloor with Karndean's recommended adhesive for a fully bonded and dimensionally stable finish. We recommend professional installation over a clean, level and fully prepared subfloor.
Can Knight Tile be used with underfloor heating?
Yes. It is compatible with both wet and electric underfloor heating, subject to a maximum surface temperature of 27C. Follow Karndean's guidance for warm-up procedures when fitting over underfloor heating.
What warranty does Knight Tile have?
Knight Tile carries a lifetime residential warranty and a 10-year commercial warranty when fitted by a Karndean Approved Retailer such as Grosvenor Flooring. Its 0.3mm wear layer suits busy homes and light commercial spaces.
Is Rose Washed Oak available as a click floor?
Yes. Rose Washed Oak is also available in Knight Tile Rigid Core, a floating click-fit floor that needs less subfloor preparation and is more DIY-friendly. The glue-down version gives a fully bonded finish that is preferred for large open-plan areas.
