Frequently Asked Questions
Is Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron waterproof?
Yes. Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron is a fully waterproof glue-down luxury vinyl floor, so it can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways as well as living spaces, provided the subfloor is sound, level and dry.
What wear layer does Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron have?
Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron is the commercial-grade 0.7mm tier at 3.0mm total thickness. The 0.7mm wear layer is commercial-grade, so it is the one to choose for hallways, kitchens and other busy or light-commercial spaces.
What warranty does Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron come with?
Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron is backed by a lifetime residential warranty and a 15-year commercial warranty, supported when the floor is installed to our guidelines.
Does Patterdale Aged Oak come in other formats?
The GF Glue-Down LVT range spans plank, herringbone, basketweave and chevron formats plus stone-effect tiles. Where a colour is offered in more than one format you can run a plank floor through open-plan rooms and a herringbone or basketweave feature floor in the same colour in a hallway or kitchen.
Can Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron be used with underfloor heating?
Yes. Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron is compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating. Because it bonds flat to the subfloor with no air gap, heat transfers up through it efficiently. Keep the floor surface temperature within 27 degrees Celsius.
Can I order a sample of Patterdale Aged Oak Chevron?
Yes. You can order up to 5 free samples per order from Grosvenor Flooring, posted free, so you can compare the colour and texture at home before you buy.
