The Three Nordikka Naturals Formats

Plank — Seven wood-effect plank designs: Bourbon Walnut, Saddle Oak, American Oak, Swiss Larch, Autumn Chestnut, Oregon Ash and Almond Birch. The plank format is the most versatile across the collection and works equally well in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and open-plan spaces. It is the format to choose when the goal is a clean, continuous run of timber-effect flooring.

The tile format suits bathrooms, utility rooms, hallways, kitchens and bootrooms where the look of natural stone is desired without the cost, weight or maintenance of the real material. Nordikka Naturals is the first range in the Nordikka collection to include tile formats alongside wood-effect plank and herringbone.

Design, Texture and Style

Naturals retains the Scandinavian-influenced design vocabulary that defines the Nordikka range — natural wood tones, subtle surface textures, understated finishes — and extends it into stone-effect tile for the first time. Wood-effect planks cover the full tonal spread, from lighter Oregon Ash and Almond Birch through to deeper Bourbon Walnut, Roasted Walnut and Saddle Oak. Herringbone tones follow the same palette, giving designers the flexibility to use both plank and parquet within the same project without losing visual coherence.

The six stone-effect tiles introduce genuine variety to the range. Carrera offers a marble-effect finish, while Atlantic Slate, Sandstone, Shale, Anthracite and Pebble cover darker, textured and earthier stone looks. These designs are particularly well suited to bathrooms, utility rooms and entry zones where a harder, cooler visual works best.

Glue-Down LVT — What to Expect

Nordikka Naturals is a dryback (glue-down) LVT product, meaning it is permanently bonded to the subfloor using adhesive. This creates a stable, seamless and quiet finish that sits low to the floor and feels solid underfoot — with no flex, movement or hollow sound. Glue-down LVT is particularly well suited to larger open-plan areas and projects where a tailored, high-quality finish matters.

Nordikka Naturals and Underfloor Heating

Nordikka Naturals is compatible with most underfloor heating systems when installed to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The standard industry cap across LVT products is a maximum floor surface temperature of 27°C — exceeding this temperature can compromise adhesive bonds and cause long-term damage to the floor. Always check the heating system output at installation stage and ensure temperature limiters are set appropriately.
