Our supply and fit process is straightforward. Here is what to expect:
1. Visit Our Showroom
Start by visiting our Altrincham showroom to browse the full range. Our showroom is open 24/7 via smart-lock access (more on that below), so you can visit at a time that suits you — including evenings and weekends. Walk on the floors, compare brands side by side, and take your time choosing.
2. Home Survey & Quote
Once you have chosen your flooring, we arrange a home visit to measure your rooms, assess the subfloor condition, and discuss any preparation work needed. You then receive a detailed, all-inclusive quote covering materials, preparation and fitting. No hidden costs.
3. Professional Installation
On the agreed date, our fitters arrive with everything needed to complete the job. Our installers are experienced across all formats — glue-down, click, herringbone, parquet, engineered wood herringbone and standard plank installations. 4. Final Check & Aftercare

VISIT OUR 24/7 SMART SHOWROOM — ALTRINCHAM
Our showroom at 82 Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1BS is not a typical flooring shop. It is a 24/7 Smart Showroom — you can visit any time of day or night, seven days a week, including bank holidays. There is no need to book an appointment during standard hours, and there is no pressure from sales staff.
To visit outside staffed hours, simply request a smart-lock door code through our Smart Showroom access form. You will receive a personal door code and a guide to the showroom by email. Walk in, browse every LVT and engineered wood sample at your own pace, and get in touch when you are ready to discuss your project.
This is ideal if you work during the day or have a busy schedule — you can visit the showroom at 7am before work, at 9pm after the kids are in bed, or any time that suits you.
